I hope to see all of the regulars for the last chance to stock up on beans for the year! I will be selling hot and cold coffee and have a few festive specialty drinks up my sleeve!

The weather looks like it is going to be great so bring your kids out to see Santa too!

9am till 1pm, and connect with some of your favorite Market Vendors, as well as local crafters for holiday favorite baked goods, Christmas gifts, and crafts. Santa 🎅 will be there to see and greet the kiddos as well.

Back at the market. There is a plant sale by the King George Garden Club happening today. So I need as many people as possible to come buy this Black Sugar Mocha specialty drink so I can spend all of my money on plants! Also still going strong with the Pumpkin Spice available in hot or cold.

***NEW BEAN ALERT***

We just placed an order for Honduras Organic 18 Rabbit Black Honey Process. It is a favorite of ours but has been out of stock for a while. It is going on the roasting schedule as soon as it arrives. Keep an eye out, it will be available soon! (See more details in the comments)

We are several weeks into our market and so far we have forgotten cups, forgotten the coffee, made too much and made too little. Constantly learning our lessons over here....

But on the bright side we have had so many return customers and have such good feedback and really appreciate all of the support.

Yesterday we sold out of all of our Mexican and Brazilian honey processed coffee and our Guatemalan dark roasts. But we roasting away to re-stock and provide you the freshest beans.

Our new bean of the week is a Peruvian Dark roast. It is our first time roasting beans from Peru as well, so we are excited to cup it tonight. See the attached pic for everything available this weekend!

Our Hot Brew of the week is a Guatemalan Medium/Dark Roast. Cupping notes: Maple, Orange, Milk Chocolate, and Fruit Notes with a Syrupy Body.

We hope to keep seeing you guys at the King George Farmers' Market (Saturdays from 8am-noon) and Rt 639 Farmers Market (New) (Thursdays 4pm-7pm).

There is a lot going on at 95 Grind this week.

There are plenty of origins to choose from at the Rt 639 Farmers Market (New) (Thursday) and King George Farmers' Market (Saturday) this week.

Also, we are close to launching our website where you can pre-order coffee for either market or for local drop-off, check out all of the beans in stock, contact us for special requests, etc. Keep an eye out for some special pre-order sales coming up with our website launch.

We learned a lot at our first 2 events last weekend. First, we sold out so we nearly doubled our production. Second, we realized that with a generator we could make and grind coffee onsite that is even more fresh.

We have been quiet here lately because we are perfecting our roasts and set up for kicking off Farmers Market season. We will be at the King George, VA Farmers Market this weekend from 8am-noon (located at the King George Middle School).

Also happy to announce that we will be at the King George Farmers market starting at the end of the month. Excited to start seeing customers in person! Keep an eye out for details in a future post.

Last month we made 6 lasagna dinner deliveries to local families, with your help. A good friend selected an organization that is near and dear to her for a portion of our April proceeds. We are happy to support The Son-Rise Program For Autism.
