The days can be long and we often forget to look at all the cool things we do. Here's just a few moments from our day. We love the work and hope it brightens your day when you come in to visit.

We are super excited to announce our new partnership with Cannon Angus Ranch and Cache Cow Beef Box. Starting this week we will be completely switched over to local Black Angus beef in all of our burgers at Cooks Underground. This is something we have wanted to do for a while, we are working closely with them and their processor to deliver the highest quality beef from local grass and farm grown grains. Cannon Angus ranch is working to adjust their harvest schedule so we can keep freshly processed beef coming in each and every week. This is no small task and we are thrilled they have been willing to accommodate us. I can't tell you how excited we are, chef especially, to be bringing in a high quality product such as this raised right here in Cache Valley.

Side note: We were able to sample some of the cache cow beef box pre cut steaks and the quality was over the top. These are available to you from and we couldn't recommend them more highly.

Thank you to the Cannon family for making one of our food dreams a reality.

We are down Home Range Brewing with a few special items for the fall fest guests. Charcuterie, brats and dogs with a decked out build your own condiment bar, toffee pudding, crudite and crack dip, poblano chicken chowder and more.

Prep is underway for Fall Fest Home Range Brewing and we hope to see many of you there. We will be serving some off menu treats to enjoy with a brew.

Popplers are live for now. Coming to paradise soon.

Straight from Omicron Persei 8. Fresh popplers for as long as they last. We are running a test batch of popplers which will be coming to our Paradise location in the next few weeks. We have a couple dozen orders ready to go. Get them plain, Tokyo or fire style while they last.

We have a special little treat today. It's a simple cup of vegetables and a creamy dip. A select few have tried this dip that we sell as charter oak dip but we all call it crack dip. The first bite you're not sure what happened to the veggie you just ate but seconds later the whole cup is gone and you are ready to fight someone or sell a kidney for more. Alternatively, you could hate it and throw your cup to the ground all to the delight of the person just realizing their cup is already empty?

Limited supply, ends today one way or another. Cut veggies just don't last.

It's been a busy week, we have seen a lot of new faces in the restaurant and we have been making new friends at the fair grounds serving folks at three Cache Rock and Gem show. We are featuring a few specials at the rock show such as a chicken Philly, chicken popplers (similar to popcorn chicken) and our take on ball park nachos we normally serve at the Mendon softball games during the summer.

While it's been great to see so many new people we are working with new faces on the crew as well. Please let us know if something is not up to standard. We will make mistakes but we always want to fix them and make it right.

Don't miss the Rock and Gem show down at the county Fair grounds this weekend. We are in the back corner cooking food if you find yourself famished while mesmerized by the incredible displays. 11 to 6 tonight and tomorrow, 11 to 5 on Sunday.

We are featuring Chicken Philly, buttermilk fried chicken popplers and a few other items we pull out from time to time. Veggies and crack dip anyone?

The Cache Rock and Gem Show is happening at the fairgrounds this weekend. We are excited to be back again to feed the hungry people. We will be offering some different items. You can still grab a burger but in addition we will be offering a Chicken Philly, buttermilk fried chicken bites, chicken and poblano chowder and more.
