A friend told us the other day - they have ZERO cheese in their fridge! Is that you, too?! 🧀

If we could pick one to add, a real block of parmesan would be towards the top of the list. Its aging process allows it to be nutrient dense and packed with high-quality protein, while being low in fat and carbs. It’s easier to digest and naturally lactose free. 🙌🏻
