Got the smoker fired up today perfecting some recipes and getting prepared to open back up with a vengeance here very soon.

Quick update. I apologize that we've been temporarily closed due to the tree knocking out power and damaging our Exhaust Hood. Once we have that fixed and renew our food permit we will be opening back up. Hoping for July, possibly August. We plan on coming back with a delivery and catering operation.

We’ve been training up everyone to do BBQ the right way. Here’s a whole brisket done 100% by my friends Zack and Chris. Zack trimmed and seasoned this brisket and Chris finished the last several hours of the cook. They did a great job.
