His high-end culinary training prepared him for corporate and private sector work. In the Fall of 2014 he founded his catering business in his home county of Madison located in Central Ohio. Today’s Team Spotlight is on one of the people who helped build Hudson’s Edge from the very beginning — our Co-Owner & Founder, Judy Wilson ✨

If you know Judy, you know she rarely sits still. Whether she's helping prep for an event, lending a hand wherever it's needed, tending to her flowerbeds, or tackling a project around the shop, she's always on the move.

Judy has always loved bringing people together. Long before Hudson's Edge, she was planning family celebrations, helping with gatherings, and making sure everyone felt welcome around the table. It's one of the many reasons hospitality comes so naturally to her.

When she's not at an event, you'll likely find her with a good book in hand, working in the yard, or dreaming about her next beach vacation ☀️🌺

Today, we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

As we slow down for the holiday, we hope you’re able to spend meaningful time with family and friends and gather around good food — rain or shine.

A look back at our May Meet & Greet Tasting at Cliffside Acres ✨

This month’s tasting featured a bright spring-inspired tablescape with soft yellows and blues, paired with a stunning floral centerpiece collaboration by Victoria at .co that truly brought the space to life. 🌼

Guests enjoyed an evening filled with flavor, including new menu features:

🫚Asian Chicken Wonton Tacos
🥗A new Antipasto Italian Salad
