I kept telling myself to make a backup of my sourdough starter just in case something happened. Well, something happened while I was out of town and it died. 😭
I was in despair! If I had a fainting seat, I would have used it.
Long story short, a lady was nice enough to share her 106 year old starter with me.
Guess what? I made sure to dry some out this time. Just in case!

Once I get a heat sealing bag, I’ll transfer it. Figured this was better than nothing.
