MERCH HIGHLIGHT: the HOPS tee. 🦈🌿

Our hop monster climbed off the can and onto a shirt. This black tee carries the same deep-sea artwork as HOPS, our New Zealand IPA — the 7.5% ABV crusher that pours like a feeding frenzy of tropical fruit, citrus, and fresh-cut green.

Two ways to wear the experiment: with a pint in hand at the Lab, or out in the wild where the Long Beach B**r Lab name does the talking. Grab yours at 518 W Willow St, then order the b**r that inspired it and compare the artwork side by side.

Cheers to wearing your hops!

🚨🚨🚨 FRESH CAN RELEASE 🚨🚨🚨

SUBLIME. Now in 12oz cans.

Our Mexican l***r is the easy one on the board — light, clean, endlessly crushable, the b**r equivalent of rolling the windows down on Willow Street. This week we ran it through the canning line so you can take the experiment home with you.

Some b**rs ask for your attention. Sublime just shows up cold, does its job perfectly, and waits for you to reach for another. Fresh cans are in the fridge at the Lab while they last — and fresh cans here have a way of not lasting.

Cheers to Sublime!

🚨🚨🚨 FRESH CAN RELEASE 🚨🚨🚨

JUICE IN SPACE is in cans.

New experiment leaving the Lab: a double dry-hopped Hazy IPA at 7.5% ABV, built on Harlequin and Mosaic in the lead — the two main hops driving this one — with Citra and Nectaron in supporting orbit. It came out soft and juicy — passionfruit and galaxies of lychee floating through a smooth, creamy landing.

Consider this our latest transmission from the hazy frontier. We charted a course through nebula clouds of hop goodness and landed somewhere between a juice box and a galaxy — a space saga in a can, built for starry-eyed b**r lovers. Suit up, space cadets: this is one taste adventure that is truly out of this world.

Fresh 4-packs are in the fridge now at 518 W Willow St. Rotating hazy, small orbit — when this batch is gone, it's gone.

Come grab yours at the Lab.

Cheers to Juice in Space!

B**r highlight: DAD B**R. 🍺

Fresh batch going down TODAY. Dad B**r is back in the tank for another run on the rotation, because some b**rs earn their spot the honest way — people just keep asking for them.

It is a dry hopped German pilsner, 5.2% ABV, built on Weyermann pilsner malt with a classic l***r yeast doing the quiet work. Six weeks of l***ring ahead of it, a Huell Melon dry hop waiting at the end, and absolutely zero gimmicks in between.

Clean, crisp, and classically hoppy. An ode to dads and dad figures everywhere — and to the crispyboi standard they taught us.

Cheers to Dad B**r!

Tiki Dole Light is still on island time. 🌴

The anniversary party may be over, but this is one experiment we are not ready to take off the board. Our 9th Anniversary b**r pours like a beach-day hypothesis that proved itself: juicy pineapple, creamy coconut, and vanilla folded into an 8.5% ABV Pineapple & Coconut Hazy Double IPA, fermented with our house yeast harvested from Harmony's mother's grapevines.

Missed the first round? The Lab is still in full Fermentation Wonderland mode, with pours and cans waiting at 518 W Willow St.

🥥 Pro tip: store your cans upside down for maximum enjoyment.

Cheers to still pouring!

B**r highlight: BROSE. 💗

The pink one. Our gose-inspired tart ale, loaded up with raspberry and blackberry until it turned the color of a Long Beach sunset, finished with a touch of salt the way a proper gose should be.

At 5% ABV it is bright, zesty, and dangerously easy to drink — tart up front, all berries through the middle, and just dry enough at the end to make you go right back in for another sip.

Sunday is a good day for a pink b**r. Honestly, every day is, but Sunday by the glass with nowhere to be is hard to beat.

Cheers to Brose!

At Long Beach B**r Lab, we believe great b**r is even better when it brings people together. 🍻 Our Fermentation Wonderland is a place for curiosity, connection, and good company, with thoughtfully crafted b**rs and a full kitchen ready to make your visit complete.

Also Saturday 10/17, join us for the Entertainment/Film Industry Networking Event hosted by LA Fun Events. Whether you're looking to make new connections or simply enjoy a great b**r in good company, there's always something brewing at LBBL.

Come sip, connect, and be part of the community!

Clean, crisp, and easy-drinking, our Blonde Ale is an everyday staple brewed with a little extra science. 🔬 It’s a simple reminder that great b**r starts with thoughtful brewing.

This one has the hardware to back it up: a three-time bronze medalist — California Brewers Cup 2023 and 2025, and the Oregon Craft B**r Awards 2025. Our take on a classic Kölsch-style blonde at 5.4% ABV, it is built on a pilsner malt backbone with a light, balancing bitterness, then fermented cold the way they do it in Cologne. The result is bright, smooth, and endlessly refreshing.

It is also the great uniter at the Lab — the pint we hand first-timers, and the one regulars never get tired of. Some b**rs chase trends. This one just keeps winning medals and emptying glasses.

Grab a pint, bring a friend, and enjoy a little Fermentation Wonderland right here in Wrigley.

Cheers!

Taproom highlight: TRIVIA NIGHT. 🧠

Trivia is tonight at the Lab, and Wednesday belongs to the brain cells we are not using on b**r science. The questions get loud, the teams get serious, and somebody always swears they knew that one about geography.

Our theory? A table full of friends, a board full of b**rs, and a quiz running the room is the perfect midweek experiment. Variables: you, your crew, and however many pints it takes to remember the capital of Norway.

No cover, no sign-up stress — just show up hungry for answers and order at the bar like you mean it.

Cheers to the smart tables!

We enjoyed the Business classes and using all the cool equipment Most of all we enjoyed spending time with our bread friends.

Today’s highlight is this amazing German chocolate cake!
Made with rich and moist dark chocolate cake, milk chocolate mousse, German chocolate cake filling, filled to the brim with toasted coconut and pecans. Glazed with a super chocolaty ganache and topped with toasted coconut and cocoa nibs.
This perfect cake is paired with a bourbon barrel aged German chocolate cake stout called the Nihilist. If you are a long time customer you may remember this amazing b**r from the beginning of the b**r lab. At 14% abv it hits hard but you would never know from the balance flavor. Dangerous!!!!
Come and join us this Thursday the 11th at the Wrigley B**r Lab on Willow or Sunday the 14th at the Zaferia B**r Lab on Anaheim to get a taste of this amazing pairing.
Cheers to b**r and pastry!

Our play on a Caesar Salad, summer greens, house made sourdough croutons, shaved baby zucchini, charred corn with a creamy Parmesan, garlic and lemon dressing. Pair perfectly with Citra Ception IPA pictured here. I also hear Gloop Glop is back on the menu for all those wanting to indulge in our non b**r options. Cheers everyone and have a great weekend!
