Bojo Du Luar - 2019 'Deu Bode' is a Portuguese gem!!🔥🔥 Biodynamic. Light, chilled red made from a blend of hand-harvested Vinhão, Bastardo, Borraçal,Arinto, and Loureiro that are macerated for five days, followed by spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with all varietals. ⁣⁣

Ground chestnut flowers are also added to the fermentation process here as well to help stabilize the process. ⁣⁣
