Flight Deck Grill is a mobile cafe home based at the Vance Brand Airport in Longmont. We offer breakfast and lunch in a fun, outdoor, and nontraditional entertaining setting. Our menu items have catchy aviation names which pretty much translates to good old grilled American food. Come try the Top Gun Burrito in the morning and return for the Single Engine Angus Burger, chased with a Slurry Bomber

Float in the afternoon. We are open 7:30 - 2:00 Wednesday - Sunday, 5/4 - 10/9/22 at the Longmont Airport, and year round for all your casual catering needs. Since we are 'Outdoors & In Plane View', if the skies are clear, we'll be there. Whether by foot, bike, car, plane, hot air balloon or parachute, come by and fuel up while taking in Longmont's best view. And remember your ABCs.... Appetite, Binoculars, and Camera!

Hey everyone!! We were hoping to be open through October butttt fall came quick and it’s getting chilly out there! That being said, this Saturday and Sunday will be our LAST days open for the 2025 season!!

We will have blueberry pancakes, apple french toast and brats for specials!! Come enjoy an October weekend with us and say hi before we pack up for the winter! Don’t forget - you can order bulk burritos for pickup! Take a little flight deck with you through the colder months! 🍓🫐💙
