And the long slow nap begins. No turkey for us tomorrow, just this 14.5lb ham. Gonna show it all the love of a brisket these next 12ish hours.
Smoking low and slow on a Pit Boss Grills pellet smoker over only the best, Bear Mountain BBQ Mesquite pellets. Only thing she's dressed in is a good portion of Meat Church BBQ Honey Hog rub. We follow our cook with a Weber Grills iGrill wireless thermometer. Don't know about you, but we will be eating good... Good night all and may your smokers be pouring out the blessings of the wood tonight.

And just like that, the 2024 BBQ season has come to an end! 🎉To all of our customers, family and friends that have extended their endless support and feedback, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. It's taken many early mornings, hard work and dedication to make this dream happen.
For you those don't know, My Favorite BBQ's face is a father daughter duo with many helping hands in the backround. I (Anna) am extremely thankful for the opportunity to spend extra time with my dad and do something we both enjoy, and that is serving people our creations. We also appreciate the suport of our fellow vendors at the Cowlitz Community Farmers Market, as this was our first year chasing the dream.
We have TONS of new ideas that we'll be working on during the off season and rolling out next summer. See y'all next summer and thank you again! 🔥🥓

Check out that sunrise!!! Come get it while you can. The smokes already rolling..... Today's our last day of the season. Pork ribs, bourbon brown sugar loin, beef smoked meat loaf and the normal sides and cobbler. Oh yeah, don't forget the armadillo eggs!!! 9 to 2 today. On 7th across from the fairgrounds...

We will be serving our Bacon wrapped Bourbon Brown sugar pork loin again tomorrow. Just a note, due to Extreme Machines we will be inside the fairgrounds this week instead of the grassy area. Come check out what the Cowlitz Community Farmers Market has to offer...

Just 2 more weeks folks. We will finish the season on September 28th. 2 weeks left to get your ribs, pork loin, armadillo eggs and chicken.

We are also looking at opportunities to grow into catering but have a few things to meet the requirements.
