So far this week we went through;
✅24 brisket
✅200+ pounds of pork butt
✅14 cornbread
✅72 racks of ribs
✅120 lbs of burger patties
✅100+ lbs of pork belly
✅100+ lbs of shredded chicken breast
✅170+ lbs pastrami

We are so appreciative of our guests! Thank you so much for showing up and your incredible support! This has been the busiest we’ve ever been in our six year history. 🙏🙏🙏

We highly suggest making a reservation if you plan on dining with us, Friday, Saturdays, Sundays, and weekday nights. We understand we are a bit of a hike and we would hate if we weren’t able to accommodate your dining needs.🚙💨

We plan on making an earlier food order this week on Sunday and replenishing the majority of our stock for Tuesday’s service. 💪😍

We sincerely want to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts. What a wild ride!!🎉❤️🫵
