If you’ve been to Haven, there’s a pretty good chance Phil (the British lad in the sombrero) was there too, holding down the first seat at the bar. He has been there most nights in our almost 13 years of existence, and for his 80th birthday, we made it official. Bar 1 is Phil’s spot.
