Chef Lek was born in Thailand and was an only child. His mother passed when he was five years old and went to live with his uncle on the mother side. Chef Lek was an art teacher as a young man and came to the U.S. as a permanent resident on 04/28/1978, that is when he developed passion for Cooking.....
