⨠Employee Highlight ā Elias āØ
Some people walk into a workplace and simply do their job. Others quietly change the entire atmosphere around them. Elias has been one of those people for Muy Salsas.
Anyone who has met Elias knows exactly what we mean when we say he is one of the kindest souls on our team. He carries a joy that feels genuine, calm, and contagious. On the busiest days, during the craziest Taco Tuesday rushes, or in moments where stress takes over, Elias somehow reminds everyone around him to breathe, smile, and remember there are bigger things in life. His faith, positivity, and attitude have had an impact not only on our team, but also on the many customers who have walked through our doors and been greeted by him.
Restaurants can be fast, chaotic, and exhausting environments, but people like Elias are what transform a workplace into a family. He has helped create a positive and welcoming environment for both employees and customers alike. Whether through a conversation, a joke, a simple smile, or simply the way he treats people with kindness and respect, Elias has left a mark on this place that goes far beyond the job itself.
Over the years, weāve watched Elias grow tremendously ā not only within Muy Salsas, but as a person stepping into adulthood with purpose, humility, and heart. Seeing him become a soon-to-be senior graduate and prepare for his next chapter in Las Cruces makes us incredibly proud, even if itās bittersweet for us. This will also be Eliasā last month working with us as he begins a new journey at the university and starts building the next chapter of his life.
Los Alamos is a small community, and sometimes what truly shapes a town is not only the businesses themselves, but the young people within them who bring warmth, humanity, and hope into everyday interactions. Elias represents that beautifully. He reminds us why community matters and why the people behind the counter can impact others more than they realize.
As he prepares to move forward into this new path, we know he will continue to do amazing things, but he will absolutely be remembered and deeply missed by his Muy Salsas family.
If you see Elias at the restaurant this month, make sure to say hi, wish him luck, and show him some love before his next adventure begins. š #šš
