To our All Natural Foods family
We’ve missed you. We’ve seen your calls, texts, and messages… thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your care and concern over the past months have meant the world.
I want to let you know I’m doing okay, and to explain why the restaurant has been closed for a while. Since we opened at Panorama Mall in 2021, we’ve loved serving this community. Lately, however, our business has been the target of sustained and harmful harassment by a small group of individuals who seem to view us as competition. That harassment has taken many forms: repeated phone calls, intimidating and abusive messages, false reports, damaging online reviews, and even attempts to interfere with our website and online listings. At times the activity has been frightening and upsetting for me and our team.
We have worked closely with the health department and other authorities whenever necessary, and inspections have consistently found our kitchen and store to be clean and up to code. We will continue to protect our team, our customers, and our brand, and we are taking steps to secure our online presence and pursue appropriate remedies.
To our loyal customers: thank you for sticking by us, for checking in, and for believing in what we do. We are taking the time we need to make sure when we do decide to reopen back up it’s safe, secure, and ready to welcome you back with the same quality and care you expect.
