We’re incredibly honored to announce that Zen Stax has been accepted into an AI Accelerator! 🎉

When we started Zen Stax, our mission was simple: reinvent convenience food so busy families don’t have to choose between nutrition and convenience. Being selected for this accelerator is another exciting step toward that vision.

Over the coming months, we’ll be working alongside incredible founders, mentors, and AI experts to explore how artificial intelligence can help us:

I was 20 weeks pregnant with this little dude when I started Zen Stax
He turned 4️⃣ today.

I imagined being much farther along in the business by now. But it wasn’t meant to be.

What WAS meant to be???
Finally, a balance:
🌺 Being the best mom I can while my kids are young enough to appreciate it (and me, too)
🌺 Being home for breakfast and dinner and bedtime almost every night
🌺 Missing out on some opportunities because I had a class celebration, a sick kid, or just because one of my kiddos needed me

It’s taking longer, yes, but isn’t it all about the journey? 🥹💫🌺
