Please have your pickup PIN ready—and treat our team with respect.
At approximately 10 a.m. on October 31, 2026, a man carrying a skateboard came into Miss Cheese to collect a SpeedX package without his pickup PIN. Our team explained that the PIN is required to verify pickup authorization. A tracking number alone is not enough.
After being unable to locate his PIN, the individual directed his anger at our employees and punched one of our freestanding signs, damaging it. We have filed a police report.
To the individual involved: we are happy to release your package once you present the required pickup PIN. However, damaging our property and intimidating our team is unacceptable. The incident has been reported to LAPD.
Miss Cheese is more than a boba café and a neighborhood gathering place. We also offer Vinted and SpeedX pickup and drop-off services during business hours as part of our commitment to this community.
Before visiting, please have the QR code, shipping label, or pickup PIN required for your service ready—just as you would at USPS, UPS, or an Amazon pickup or drop-off location. These verification steps help protect your packages.
Running a small business in Los Angeles means showing up for our neighborhood every day. Incidents like this leave our team dealing with the stress, damage, and cost while continuing to serve our customers. Our employees deserve to feel safe at work.
We understand that package issues can be frustrating. We have zero tolerance for violence, intimidation, or damage to our property.
Thank you to our neighbors and customers who treat our team with kindness and respect. đź’›
