The Barish Steak House at The Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel will soon be transitioning to a new brasserie style concept, which will be led by a new executive chef and team and re-open it’s door on July 14, 2023.

Experience a beef butchery demonstration and elaborate six course family-style, meat centric dinner.

Dario will highlight where all cuts of meat can be utilized when cooked appropriately, eliminating waste and promoting sustainability.

Menu highlights include: warm beef salad, tartare crostini’s, Bistecca alla Fiorentina with potatoes and Chianti “butter”, Olive oil cake and much more.
