shrimp ceviche
fig crostini with burrata, micro arugula, olive oil
west coast chop with black kale, smoked bacon, shaved brussels sprouts, manchego, almonds, crispy shallots, jon’s citrus basil vinaigrette

choice of entrée:
short rib with butternut squash farro risotto
honey-glazed salmon with mango, bok choy, mandarin orange, quinoa
mushroom gnocchi (V) with shiitake, wood ear, boletus, oat milk, asparagus, edamame, pecorino

choice of dessert:
affogato
panna cotta

$45 per person
