hi friends 💙
First and foremost, thank you—from the bottom of our hearts—for supporting Bluey over the past 4 years. This journey has been filled with countless ups and downs, and we truly couldn’t have made it this far without your love, encouragement, and belief in us.
As many of you know, running a small business comes with both physical and emotional challenges. Earlier this year, in February 2025, my partner Sarah began experiencing severe health issues brought on by the prolonged stress of running Bluey. Years of nonstop pop-ups across Arizona, San Francisco, Southern California, and Nevada began to take their toll, and we had to cancel multiple events to focus on treatment and recovery.
During this fast period of growth, we also realized something important: we almost forgot what Bluey & Co was really about. In the rush of demand, travel, and expansion, we drifted from our original purpose—community, intentionality, and sharing quality nostalgic drinks and food that bring people together. Along the way, we lost a bit of ourselves and the heart behind why we started.
After a lot of reflection, we’ve decided not to “step away” from Bluey, but instead to shift our place within it. Beginning in 2026, we’ll be pursuing new careers within hospitality, and Bluey will continue—but no longer as our full-time path. Instead, Bluey will live on through meaningful, intentional pop-ups.
We’ll be choosing to partner only with organizers and communities that truly represent why Bluey was created in the first place: community, high-quality drinks and food, and the joy of bringing people together.
We’re hoping this next chapter allows us to grow, heal, and reconnect with our mission. And we hope to grow with you. From the bottom of our hearts, we could’ve never done this crazy journey without you. Thank you so much for standing with us through and through—through the good moments, the hard moments, and every cup served in between.
