This dedicated day each week will allow our team to focus on training, leadership development, hiring, operational improvements, equipment maintenance, and creating an even better guest experience.

As our family continues to grow, we’re committed to building a stronger team and stronger systems so we can continue delivering the Southern hospitality you’ve come to know and love.

Because of an incredible weekend, we sold through so much of our inventory that we won’t be able to fully restock before tomorrow’s brunch.

Rather than open with a limited menu, we’ve made the decision to close Monday, June 29, so we can restock, prep, and be ready to serve you the full Gritz N Wafflez experience.
