On July 28th, Chef Morihiro and his team Morihiro are taking over Holbox’s ceviche bar. Tío Mori doesn’t pop up very often so this is a pretty special chance to catch him in action. Morihiro’s crew will be behind the counter making sushi for one day only.
Holbox’s regular hot menu items will still be available.
No reservation or tickets required; a la carte service; first come first serve.
This will be a very casual hangout to celebrate Chef Gilberto’s birthday eve. We can’t wait to see you there!!!
