Dear customers,
We want to share with you that we have found ourselves in need of closing the restaurant located in the place you already know.
We are infinitely sorry that you won’t be able to find us there anymore, but sometimes you have to make decisions in search of improvements, and we believe that this is one of them.
While one of you might only know Mr. Kano from Santa Clara, many others know that our experience starts way back in Peru; first working in a famous chicken shop in Chiclayo, then in a well-known fish and seafood restaurant, and then here in the United States. First, being part of other teams and then as independents, strengthening our experience and also complementing ourselves with studying Gastronomy.
We have mixed feelings because we are happy looking to the future with hope, and sad because we are leaving behind a beautiful community that has been with us all these years.
Customers we once met that are now our friends. Beautiful families and people with whom we spoke who were able to endure the pandemic as we did too.
And despite that, we continue and continue to show our Peruvian spirit, making our homeland proud, and always looking forward as part of the Latino community that loves the United States of America, as we also add with love to this beautiful country that welcomed us.
We have learned a lot from you and we will keep your love with us forever. Lastly, we just want to say Thank You for being with us all these years.
We bless you with the love of God that guides our lives.
