The Santa Fe Salad has become one of the most popular items on our menu right now.

Romaine hearts layered with cheddar cheese, fresh avocado, pico de gallo, black beans, sweet corn, and crunchy tortilla strips, all finished with our avocado lime vinaigrette that brings everything together. It’s fresh, filling, crunchy, creamy, and packed with flavor in every bite.

Pairs perfectly with a chilled glass of Sauvignon Blanc. The crisp citrus notes balance out the avocado, lime vinaigrette, and savory toppings really well.

This is the kind of plate that works for a proper downtown lunch or dinner.

Tender steak, rich sauce, and crispy fries on top. Solid, satisfying, and exactly what you want when the meeting is over and it’s time to eat. Pair it up with a glass of red and you’ll be leaving with a big smile 😃

A proper plate of rigatoni has a way of fixing the mood.

Rich sauce, parmesan, a little candlelight, and suddenly dinner feels like the best part of the day.

A glass of red on the side is highly recommended.

There’s something about a proper rigatoni that just hits different.

Al dente rigatoni catches every bit of that rich, slow-simmered sauce, finished with a light dusting of parmesan.

Clock out, head downtown, reward yourself properly.

Not every post work plan improves your mood on the first bite, but this one does. Engine stays undefeated when the craving is something crisp, hot, and actually worth it.

These are not the kind of nachos you order just because they are there. Engine’s BBQ brisket nachos come stacked with smoky brisket, melted cheddar, pico de gallo, sour cream, pickled jalapeño, and scallions, so every bite actually has something going on. More flavor, more texture, more intention, and a lot less of the flat, one note nachos you forget two bites in.

It’s Friday, and our happy hour menu is making some very convincing arguments 🤔
The drinks are cold, the table is doing what it should, and downtown suddenly feels like the right idea!
Consider this your reward for surviving the week.

BBQ brisket nachos to start. Chicken sliders with sweet potato fries, buffalo wings loaded with flavor, another look at those onion rings, and more sliders to finish it off. This is what a proper happy hour lineup looks like.

Good bites, cold drinks, and a table that makes it hard to leave early. That’s the energy at Engine from 3PM to 7PM.

Meet us at the bar.

Happy hour at Engine, part 1 🍻🔥

We’re kicking off part 1 of our happy hour menu with a few bar favorites that know how to hold down the table. Onion wings, BBQ brisket nachos, wings, and short rib sliders make up the kind of spread that instantly turns a quick stop into staying a little longer.

Crispy, savory, stacked with flavor, and made for sharing, these are the bites that make happy hour at Engine worth showing up for. Pair them with a drink at the bar and you’ve got the perfect way to ease into the evening.

Join us at the bar from 3PM to 7PM and stay tuned for part 2.

Well… this one is not on the menu.

If you know, you know. Our Texan Style Burger started as a little off-menu move for people who wanted something bigger, smokier, and a little more over the top. One bite and it quietly became one of those things regulars keep coming back for.

It starts with our burger, then we take it a step further. BBQ flavors, bold toppings, and that messy, stacked kind of bite that you definitely need both hands for. The kind of burger that doesn’t try to be fancy. Just ridiculously satisfying.

So here’s the move when you come in:
Order the burger… and ask for it Texan style.

Trust us.

Meet Chef Manuel, the heart of the kitchen at Engine.

From the first prep of the day to the last plate that leaves the kitchen, Manuel brings precision to everything he does. Every ingredient has a purpose. Every garnish is intentional. Nothing hits the table unless it is exactly how he wants it. He respects the process and makes sure every dish represents the standard he holds himself to.

What really sets him apart is how much he truly loves his craft. You can see it in the way he moves in the kitchen and in the pride he takes in every plate. Cooking is not just work for him. It is something he genuinely cares about.

We are proud to have Chef Manuel leading the kitchen at Engine. When you sit down here, you are getting more than just a meal. For him, cooking is an art, and every plate is his canvas.
