In the heart of the Rampart district, Restaurante Cojutepeque is THE place to visit for authentic Salvadorian food and drinks. A definite must have (besides the pupusas) are the Sopa de Res (Beef Rib soup) and the Pollo Guisado (Chicken Stew) and there's no way you can walk away without a taste of our sinfully delicious fried platanos... (if you're diet conscious we'll even grill or boil them for
