RIP & DIP Bagels are here fam - Launching in DTLA Monday, October 16!!!

Bagels are hand-rolled, 24-hr fermented, boiled and baked. Always hot. Always fresh out the oven, every 20-30 minutes! 100% organic with glyphosate-free flour. No processed/refined/unrefined sugar. Just raw honey.

A crispy exterior crust with a soft, pull-part interior. Perfect for rip and dip. Just the right amount of snap and chew.

2 bagels, 2 spreads min per order.

Happy Monday familia and thank you for such an incredible weekend in DTLA and PASADENA.

Some updates for y’all:
1️⃣ bagels in Pasadena are now available by the dozen - this may require an additional 15-20 minute wait if placed at the store since all bagels are boiled and baked fresh throughout the day! 12 bagels, 5 spreads for $60.
2️⃣ we are almost ready to launch bagels in Dtla - we’re still working out the ops in Pasadena…stay patient
3️⃣ we have new openings approaching in West Hollywood and Hollywood in the coming few months … weho location to be announced shortly.

We have received countless calls and frustrations but gluten free tortillas are back on the menu this weekend!! It’s been so great to hear how much our customer base loves the coconut-cassava flour tortillas from . It’s not easy to find a burrito-friendly gluten free tortilla today - leave it to us - you know we’ll always look for the best ingredients for our products, for you, for our communities, for the world. Our first 30 days in Pasadena are through and it has been an absolute blast! Thank you so much to customers of old and new that have come through our new HQ.

Some updates for y’all:
• exterior seating in Pasadena should return by end of week … awaiting final permits
• rip & dip should be available in DTLA in about 2-3 weeks…just working through the operations still
• we’re open from 7A - 1:30P everyday in DTLA and PASADENA
• all orders for pick-up go through the website.

Over the last year we have tried so many different bagel experiences for you. We can’t say there’s a “best” way to eat a bagel but there’s something incredible about a bagel HOT out the oven with a nice crust and open, soft interior crumb. When you can marry that with perfectly whipped cream cheese, you get MAGIC. And so Rip & Dip was born. This is certainly not a New York style bagel. It’s more like incredible bread with a hole at the center.

Our bagels are boiled & baked throughout service so you can always ensure you’re getting THIS bagel experience. WOW.

Gina Marie cream cheese is made with 3 simple ingredients-cultured milk, cream, and salt in an old-fashioned, 3 day process of draining the cream cheese in muslin bags.
