NEW Chilled Red by the glass

Populis Reversée is a blend of Carignan, Grenache, Zinfandel, Cinsault, Colombard, and Picpoul from Mendocino County. This juicy, fruit forward blend is made using a technique called “reverse saignée,” where half of the grapes are pressed to rosé juice then added back to the tank of destemmed fruit. The result is a lighter, snappier wine that is super crushable. Pairs well with lighter meats, fish, and roasted vegetables.
