Today marks the start of a new trip around the sun. Birthdays are always a time for fun and reflection as we celebrate where we’ve come from and what we’ve accomplished, but also where we’re going and what we want to make happen moving forward! For Geaux Plant-Based Founder, Jessica Legaux, that means continuing to build her brand as a plant-based ambassador! It should also not be refined, pasteurized, treated with pesticides or otherwise processed in any way. Alternative preparation methods include juicing, blending, dehydrating, soaking and sprouting. Don’t be afraid to explore when it comes to a healthier lifestyle and diet. Jessica even took a raw cooking class one time to learn more!
