Lots of fish and uni from japan this weekend! 🐟 Our newest additions include takabe, yellow-striped butterfish, and medai, Japanese butterfish or barrelfish. Takabe is served torched and has a roasted flavor with lean texture. Medai, similar to madai (sea bream) that many of our guests may familiar with, paired with citrus zest and roasted salt. Come try!
