Temporary adjustment - We are extending the last call by 30 minutes for a limited time!✨☺️

Since the shift to daylight saving time, we are noticing more people wanting to come in later including walk-ins. We’d hate to take your last call just when you are settling in and enjoying the evening. For a limited time, we are extending our last call from 9:30pm to 10pm to accommodate these occasions!🍻🍣🍶🧀😋

Our online reservation is also open for an additional 30 minutes. Please note that we will open at 6:30pm instead of 6:00pm during this period.

This is a temporary change, so our apologies in advance if this causes any confusion. We wanted to do our best to better match how you’re enjoying your evenings with us. We hope this gives everyone a little more time to relax and stay for a full Bar Uerukamu experience.

Thank you, as always, for your support🙏❤️

[Take 2! as the color didn’t come out right]

It’s cherry blossom season in Japan, and what a perfect timing to introduce our new original cocktail — “Sakura High”🌸🥰💗

Sakura means cherry blossom, and High comes from highball. Its light pink color and a soft, bittersweet aroma reminds us of gentle spring breeze and that incredibly joyful feeling when you stroll by a cherry blossom tree🥹

Refreshing, earthy, delicately sweet. This is your new happy drink🫶🩷

New menu🩷 and we’re so excited!

We love spinach artichoke. It was a matter of time we experimented sake pairing with it and created our own style😏

Introducing.. “Salmon Spinach Artichoke”😋💗

Wrapped, seared and topped with chopped olives🤌🤌

Salmon, sour cream, artichoke… it’s a no brainer for sake paring🍶🔥

We’re stoked for you to try it! We also have other seasonal menu on the board so don’t miss it.

If you’re looking for something bright that lifts you up and keeps you there without being overwhelmed, we have a perfect sake for you🍶🌈😊

This seasonal-limited Nama Tokubetsu Junmai, “Noble Arrow of Rainbow” from has an impressive first sip but with a clean structure. It’s light-bodied, and if you’re the type of person who appreciates a glass of cold Old World wine on a hot day, this is for you😉

Perfect sake as it hits high 90s in the valley☀️🩵

…For the reason we’re not posting new menu today, visit our profile and hopefully you’ll see it🫥

So happy to see more and more people interested in our original cocktails💛💙

📸”Magic Hour” — featuring a unique sake from called Komekome, and all natural yuzu from Japan🍸

We introduced our first sake cocktail back in 2020 (on World Sake Day, in fact), inspired by our friend and genius sake sommelier 🙏 Since then, we created many sake cocktails and many more featuring other Japanese spirits (honestly we lost count..) — all original, all from our own R&D👌🍶🍹🧊🍸🥃👩‍🔬

It’s been an exciting journey, and we definitely see more curious customers who are open to the sake 2.0 experience!

Thank you for being curious, and thank you for enjoying our cocktails🥹❤️

🍶Fukucho is back! In seasonal Nama!🌱🤩

Imada brewery known as Fukucho () stands by the Seto Island Sea in Hiroshima, led by an iconic female toji Miho Imada san.
Their ginjo is one of our favorite ginjo, and this seasonal-limited spring Namazake (unpasteurized, or draft) of “Moon on the Water” is absolutely magical🙌✨

Layered ginjo with gentle umami. Great alone, great for pairing. A perfect draft to start your evening💚💛

A few special plates on our print menu under sushi/sashimi category, because we like it when you can maximize your experience🥰

Like this nigiri plate of four kinds of white fish ✨💛

We’re open on Wed-Sat for dinner only. We offer omakase but you can order à la carte, of course! We are definitely a casual one😜 You can dress up, dress down, whatever fits your mood.

Come thirsty and enjoy beautiful craft sake from our selection — we have about 15-20 sake on any day and the lineup constantly changes. Some are seasonal, some are limited. You don’t have to be a sake connoisseur. In fact, you can walk in with absolutely no knowledge about sake. It’s all about the experience!🍶

See you soon✌️

Classic comfort food of 🇯🇵🤤 Agedashi Tofu. “Age” means deep fried, “dashi” means dashi-based broth. It’s a simple dish, yet a savory, multi-layered experience.

Fried in Japanese soybean oil until golden and crispy. One of our most popular tapas menu💛

🚨New Sake Alert🍶🥰 A unique junmai ginjo from Kagawa, “OLIVE” is here💚

Kawaga, a prefecture in Shikoku island on the Seto Island Sea, is the birthplace of Japan’s first olives production, and today it boasts the largest production volume in Japan🫒

But this is not a sake mixed with olive extract or something. The brewery successfully isolated Sanuki Olive Yeast (yes, yeast found in olives), and brewed sake using this yeast🙌

The result is a crisp, light-bodied, refreshing sake that almost feels like you’re having white wine✨ The aroma is relatively mild, hint of apple, pear, and dare I say… olive oil (maybe that’s just in my head.) Great to pair with food, especially cheese, salmon, and you guessed it …olive oil (that one is experimented and proved👌)

The bottle design also rocks!

Come enjoy our 20+ kinds of sake. You’re always welcome here.

Taking a trip to snowy mountains of Japan…☃️🚃 This time, our rotating sake sampler features Tohoku region, the northeast of Japan🥰🍶

Tohoku is known for its mountains, long winters, and pristine water — key elements in great sake brewing. Sake in Tohoku is known for its thoughtful craftsmanship and diversity of styles, from fragrant and fruity to clean, crisp, and dry. Each prefecture in Tohoku has its own character, making the region fun to explore one sip at a time!

Sake is brewed all across Japan, and this is not about calling any particular region the “best”. Think of this sampler as a starting point for your sake journey, an invitation to notice regional differences as you continue exploring sake🩵💚
