Say hola to Markos ! 👋 Our sous chef at the Pico location, Markos has been with us for 8 years. He’s the steady force behind the scenes, always smiling, supportive, and always checking in on the team in the back.

A devoted father, Markos favorite time is simple: spending time with his kids and taking them out 🫶
