One of our favorite cuts has got to be tri-tip, simple yet flavorful. I don’t think we ever told you guys how we got started. It all started because of the pandemic and the lock down, we pretty much picked up a hobby. Then we started making videos when Steph’s mom was in the ICU, to distract us from everything that was going on and us not being able to see her mom in the hospital (no one was allowed to visit) we just started cranking these videos out and focused on cooking and work.

I just wanted to again give a big thank you to Thank you again for this awesome meat tray & smooth tequila I never win giveaways soo for me to win, surprised me. Please check them out they have by far the best carne asada, the way it’s prepped & cut 🙌 Also my favorite sides has got to be the pork beans 🔥

Forget the cheese charcuterie. we made a steak charcuterie, with chicken wings, potatoes, asparagus & cowboy butter (not in photo but over the potatoes)
