NEW DATE ALERT! Announcing a new date for our first ever Beer Pairing Dinner featuring Long Beach Beer Labs! Join us on Thursday, July 30 at 6:30PM for a beer-centric menu from Executive Chef Phil Kastel featuring four courses inspired by (and incorporating) a selection of delicious kosher brews. Alongside each course, you’ll enjoy a perfectly paired sampling of some of the tasty, whimsical offerings of this artisanal brewery.

Known as much for their diverse roster of seasonal brews as they are for their vibrant, pop-culture inspired label art (we’re a big fan of the Jaws-inspired art on their Hops New Zealand IPA), this rapidly growing operation has deep commitments to sustainability, using solar energy to power and operate their kitchen and brewhouse and sourcing their ingredients from Long Beach Farms and local urban gardens.
