Our little tsubaki turns nine tomorrow. And while this quirky Aquarius baby has given us our share of heartache and headache, I’ve always been sort of secretly delighted by our Groundhog Day birthdate and have come admire how this restaurant can have a real mind of its own when it wants to 🦄🦄🦄
To mark the occasion, chef de cuisine Klementine - who herself is coming up on eight years with us! - is turning back the clock a bit and for Monday night service will be bringing back some legacy dishes that have meant a lot to us over the years. Ochazuke, abalone, tataki, we’re playing all the hits
