We specialize in artisinal-style gelato using only the best ingredients available (Madagascar vanilla beans, Sicilian pistachios, Valrhona chocolates, the list goes on). All sorbetto flavors are made with real fruit (no artificial flavorings) and are typically hand-selected at various local farmer's markets. If it's ripe at the market, you'll find it at Pazzo. If it's only available frozen - no thanks! We also serve up Intelligentsia coffee (espresso and brewed), wonderful baked goods and gourmet loose-leaf teas. With a rotating display of local art on the walls, cool tunes playing in the background, great people and incredible dessert, Pazzo is the place to be. Since our inception, we've been a place for incredible tastes and comfortable ambiance! We've always prided ourselves on combining the finest ingredients, fresh local produce, and evolving inspiration .

Rose petal + baklava! Please tell me where else you can get this?!😁 We’ve combined our rose petal gelato with elmukhtar_ ‘s baklava and it’s amazing.
