OMPA Blue Corn Los Ranchos Lager made with New Mexico blue corn. At any one time, we have several rotating beers available including Ale Witch Pumpkin Ale, Hummingbird Pils, Brickie American Stout, and four seasonal DYNAMITE kettle sours, just to name a few. Our prolific barrel-aging program produces favorites such as The Judy Brett Saison aged with local peaches, Albaricoque Viejo with local apricots, and others aged in wine or spirit barrels, often resting for months/years with locally grown fruit. We ferment cider, proudly using only 100% not-from-concentrate apple juice in our house Steel Bender Cider and local orchard apples in our rustic heritage ciders. Our full kitchen makes hearty pub fare including the popular Steel Bender Burger, green chile stew, pulled pork and spare rib sandwiches featuring meats smoke in our brewyard, unique seasonal salads, our infamous fried green chile strips, and award-winning vegetarian seitan wings. We're proud to be part of New Mexico's craft beer industry, one of the strongest in the country, and honored to be a gathering place for the city.
