On this special birthday I wanted to give a special shout out!

While all of our employees are amazing and probably deserve their own post, as each one brings something special to Trails End, this guy takes the cake.

Some of our OG crew still make guest appearances and help out from time to time, but Jack has been here since before Day 1, helping make Trails End what it is today.

Most of you know him as the guy behind the grill, coming up with all the soups, specials, and slinging steaks in the winter. Some days he's my biggest pain, but the truth is, with one phone call, he has ALWAYS been willing to drop everything to help me, help the restaurant, and make sure things run smoothly.

I can promise you that 15 years of working with me hasn't always been easy, but Jack has been there through it all. Through the busy nights, the challenges, the changes, and everything in between, he's been one of the biggest reasons we've made it this far.

So thank you, Jack, for your loyalty, dedication, friendship, and countless hours of hard work. Trails End wouldn't be the same without you, and I appreciate you more than you'll ever know.

Starting May 1st, we’ll be open:

We’re also still looking for pizza makers (age 16+). Applicants must be available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. If you’re interested, stop in and fill out an application. We’d love to have you on the team!
