Wow! 🥹 I am absolutely blown away by my amazing circle of people. The amount of support and people reaching out to me during this trying period is just mind blowing to me. I don’t even know where to begin. 🩷
A lengthy post is to follow, but I want to explain what I have in mind. 🫶🏻

I want to start off by saying I, in no way, shape, or form, want anything from anybody. Many of you have suggested a GoFundMe and that is just not something that I believe in from a business standpoint. As a small business owner, I take pride in working for my community and putting in time and love for any sort of benefit from my business. The thought is super sweet, but I just can’t accept one. Others have mentioned KickStarter, which is a really really cool concept. I actually came up with some fun tiers that would give back more than what was given. I can stand by that, but the fees for that platform is very high. It does have me thinking of making some sort of “Founders Program” though for the drive-thru if it’s something you’d all be interested in and the give-backs would be in the form of drive-thru credit and other limited items and opportunities. I never thought of going this route, but many have suggested (almost demanded lol) that they want to help and this is what would make the most sense to me… so I can return the favor, plus some! 🫶🏻

Secondly, bottled lattes and cold brews are most definitely in the works! I love how much that was suggested and that makes me very excited to have the opportunity to keep making my fun drinks for you all even if it’s bottled! My husband is working away quickly this week to make this possible and I will get a pre-order system down for you all! 😍

Up next, I will be bringing back embroidery that can be shopped at the drive-thru during certain days and times! It won’t be much, but it will be a perfect window for bottled drink pickups! If you also want some cake pops, please let me know. We will be storing these in the freezer and can be added to your pickup. ☕️🫶🏻

I will also be really trying to expand the roasting side of everything! Wholesale businesses and restaurants, cold brew sales, and coffee subscriptions! I offer roasting to everyone and I would truly love to provide finished cold brew and beans for households, cafes, and small businesses that would love to offer coffee. Please reach out if this is something that interests you! I take pride in the quality of my products and my pricing is affordable for those small businesses looking to offer specialty, delicious coffee to their lineup of offerings. 🩷☕️

Lastly, I do want to also say that I read some suggestions on using electric from the shop to power the trailer. Unfortunately, my trailer requires two 50-amp plugs and VERY long cords to reach the shop. The building was a pizza shop prior and everything was ran by gas. There are zero 220-hookups or any other high-power option. The only wiring done so far is for your standard 120-voltage.

I’m sorry for the lengthy post, but I want to keep you all updated. I want to seriously thank you all from the bottom of my heart for the love, the words of encouragement, the support, the shares, and for constantly being there when I’m feeling knocked down. I LOVE EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU! 🩷🩷

Thank you Alliance for having us at your firework celebration for America’s 250th! It was such a beautiful show with wonderful people that helped organize the event. 🩷

Last night was a true test of my patience as we started the night off with generator issues and ended the night with a hole in the side of our trailer. Although last night didn’t go as planned, I can’t give enough thanks to Here to Serve Bar-B-Que! He kept me calm from the start of the night until the end. Literally the sweetest human and was a great reminder that good people exist and we’re all in this together. 🫶🏻 Also, a special thanks to all the strong men who helped get my trailer to flat, solid ground. This is a reminder to not park on even slight hills during rain and expecting levels to keep you level as you go to leave. 🤦‍♀️

On a positive note, you Alliance absolutely LOVED our fresh cooked tapioca. We made 8x the amount we normally make and you all still sold us out of it! We will prep even more next time. Thank you for all the love. Boba was off the hook last night! 😍
You all made me debate on bringing tapioca back to the North Chapel Plaza popups!

We will be doing a maintenance round on the generator today and if all goes well, we will be posting our schedule later this evening. I hope you all had a safe, wonderful 4th! 🎆

All the fun starts tomorrow! 🎉🤩

🇺🇸🇺🇸We are ready to celebrate tomorrow! Check out the final schedule, and the tips and information below for the best experience. All events listed are free, concessions and food trucks will be on site for purchase! See you at Silver Park 🇺🇸🇺🇸
•Parking: The lower lot will be reserved for exclusively handicapped accessible parking, the rental facility lots are limited to performers and event team & staff, all other parking through out the park will be first come, first serve. We encourage parking at the Alliance Middle School or one of our neighboring side streets and walking across, if able.
•Food Trucks open at 4pm in The Valley. Several accept both cash and card payment, some will still be cash only. Vendor list in the comments!
•The Fishing Derby hosted by Scouting America Troop 50 is free for ages 12 and under. Poles are available and bait is included while supplies last. The derby will be followed by the National Anthem & raising of the flag at the 9/11 Memorial.
•4-6: Classic Rock N' Roll - The John Hampu Band is in Miller Pavilion, there will be picnic table seating with space for personal lawn chairs.
•6-8: Powerslam Pro Wrestling will be set up on Field 2 with matches taking place from 6-730, and meet and greets to follow. Bleacher seating available, lawn chairs & blankets encouraged.
•8-9:30: Living History Concert, The 1926 Alliance City Band will be at the Silver Park Sound Stage. Come listen to the actual set list from July, 1926! Bleacher seating available, lawn chairs and blankets encouraged.
•The largest fireworks display in our park's history will launch between 9:45-9:50pm. The best view will be from "up top" on the hills between the ball fields. We are thankful to our incredible sponsors, and the Pyrotechnico team for making this possible, and to the Greater Alliance Foundation and University of Mount Union for leading the fundraising efforts.

The Friends of the Parks booth in The Valley will sell glow items, pizza, pop, Gatorade, and water. It will also serve as "home base" for vendor check-in, vendor check-out, and any first-aid or safety needs.

The Friends of the Parks booth at Field 2 for wrestling will have Chick-fil-A Alliance sandwiches, beverages, and combos with a chicken sandwich, chips, and drink for $12. Cash and card accepted. Concessions up top will be open 5:15-8, while supplies last.

We will be setup from 3:30 until fireworks start or we sell out! We are prepping big… rain or shine! ☀️
We will be making extra tapioca for tomorrow so stop out and get your favorite boba milk tea before it sells out!

A little update for everyone! 🩷

We are working hard to get the shop together and ready to serve you all, but we want to be transparent that the costs are adding up to a much larger number than we were expecting. We are going to keep working away at what we can, but opening may be delayed a bit depending on various factors.

We are about to finally pay off the generator and espresso machine for the trailer, but our equipment for the shop is about to come in and the remaining half will be due soon (not cheap). We got our drive-thru window in (again, not cheap), but plumbing is coming back at numbers we were not expecting. We are working on more quotes. This doesn’t even touch electrical yet, which will require multiple 220s needing installed. With business growing along with wholesale, a new roaster is also at the top of the list in order to keep up.. we just need to decide what comes first and when.

We appreciate all of your patience.. but the ultimate question is, “When are we opening?” With invoices coming in along with quotes for work that needs done, it’s honestly hard to tell. My honest best guess right now is a big “I don’t know..”

I appreciate you all for your constant support and love! We enjoy seeing you all through our trailer and can’t wait to get back into it full-time next week! 🫶🏻

ChamberFest 2026 was a night to remember! It was nonstop lines all night long and we can’t thank you enough for your patience! 🩷

The tapioca was the talk of the night. I should have doubled my batch! I made 4x the amount I normally make and it still sold out in the first 2-3 hours. I will be making a lot more for next weekend. 🤗
The Witch’s Harvest dirty Alani was another one to try! Most of you added a light-up cube and I had to stop and take this picture. I mean look how cute!! I still have a few cans left that I will be selling off next weekend. 😉

I want to give a huge shoutout to Mostly 90’s who was our band for the night! Being on the ChamberFest committee, I had the honor of booking them and am just thrilled that Louisville showed up and loved them! I heard compliments all night about how amazing they were. 🎶 🩷 The DJ was superb and kept everyone engaged and I loved his dedication to our military… I hold this SO close to my heart. 🇺🇸
Also, a huge shoutout to Louisville Ohio Area Chamber of Commerce for throwing such an amazing 250th celebration! All of the hard work paid off! Amanda from The Alley- Cafe' and Bakery put together a fun, enjoyable color run for the town prior to ChamberFest and I have been seeing nonstop pictures from it. What an amazing job girl! 🤗
A last big thanks to all of our amazing sponsors and vendors that showed up and made last night everything it was. The color run all the way to the amazing display of fireworks was so perfect! 🎆
