I wanted to take some time to say that I’m back! … well sort! I can’t operate as heavily as I used to, but I wanted to start offering a monthly menu again, including sweet and savory! Monthly menu will start at the beginning of June. It will be small to start out, just to test the waters. Everything will be for pick up and everything will be and always has been vegan. My customs are also open. Which includes pies,cakes,cupcakes, etc.

I’ve missed my Louisville fam so much and I can’t wait to see you all! I’ll be popping up at some markets soon! So be hungry and be Indignant 🤜🏻💥🤛🏻

I miss baking already. It’s the only thing I honestly know how to do, every single dollar will help buy equipment and start up for a brick and mortar for Indignant Platypus

The end goal for Indignant has always been a deli with an attached bakery with fresh bagels and all the other yummy morning treats with your fave desserts too! Also attached would be an ALL AGES music venue, because Louisville is in desperate need of a space for people of all ages to enjoy live music safely. Indignant also has always planned for a Sober Bar. As someone who rarely drinks, but have friends who frequently drink, a space where I can get a quality mixed beverage that I don’t have to worry about how many I consume, would be a dream. Indignant has and will always be a safe space for all walks of life. So If you have the means let’s get this going!
If you don’t have the means, spread this campaign! Let it reach as many people as possible!

I’ve really been letting myself be creative and finally tackling my “want to bake” list, which is like a never ending novel. It’s been really nice learning and growing as a baker, business owner, and person. I’ve been forcing myself to photograph everything just to I can add it to a nice photo all in for myself 😅

If you haven’t seen, I’m open at every Thursday-Sunday from 9:00am-2:00pm . I always have ZeBruh cake & Coffee cake in stock, but everything else is a rotating menu, so always be on the look out! I may have a huge list of things I want to get to, but I always welcome suggestions for what you guys want! Omf y’all what a spread of baked goodness! This week is so diverse and honestly I’m loving it! I have baked everything from a Raspberry Victoria Sponge cake to Chocolate Eclairs, for you guys! Also included in this weeks treats are Berry Cherry cuppy pies, Peach turnovers, Biscoff cupcakes, Biscoff twists, triple stacked cookie cake, coffee cake, the classic ZeBruh cakes, and since you guys begged for it back Tiramisu! So I don’t know why you’re still reading this post, it’s Friday and you should treat your fu***ng self! None of these will last long so come in from 9am-2pm Thursday-Sunday 🛼

Heart-Bruhs are in FULL SWING over here at ! These hearts are the classic vanilla zebruh cake, but filled with cream cheeze and strawberry jam! They range in sayings from nice 👼 to nasty 😈. Tons of other Goodies available today as well including; Red Velvet cake, tiramisu, and brownie stacks!

I’m out at this morning, from now until 3:00PM! I have Zebruh cakes, ZaWinkies, Stellar Crunch, Coffee cake, and these adorable conversation Heart-bruhs; filled with cream cheese frosting and strawberry jam! Also on deck is a Banana Split Cake, spongey banana cake, marshmallow frosting, chocolate ganache, cherries, and covered in stellar crunch bits! Come get Indignant and a latte today!

What a better way to celebrate my return to the public than to have a mini photo shoot outside of my new home! I’ll be setting up for the first time in a month at Flora on February 3rd, which is THIS THURSDAY! So that means it’s time to show out! I’ll have Zebruh Cakes, pie, and a few other surprises 😉.

Hiya hello, how ya doin’! It’s been a month long hiatus and it feels good to finally be able to make this post! Before I get into good news I just want to preface what’s been going on with me personally! So, 2022 started off with me getting CoVid, and it was terrible. And then everyone else I see got CoVid so I was constantly being exposed. Then I got a puppy which was great(I’ll attached some photos ☺️)! And then my beloved kitty, Goose, started having more seizures and was officially diagnosed with Epilepsy. He has to take medicine twice a day and trying to keep up on that is just all about adding it into my schedule. But enough about the long year that was January, lol

I have officially ✨moved✨ locations! Yup that’s right! You can now find me at 1004 Barret Ave. in Lou, KY- Incase you don’t know that address by heart, that’s FLORA KITCHENETTE! I’ll be set up there almost EVERYDAY! Pre-orders will also be picked up here! Please be patient as I re-design my website and other means of media! My first time back in public will be February 3rd & after that a valentines pre-order menu! I’m so excited to have this partnership with Flora. Flora has become a home and the amazing family that owns it has welcomed me with open arms. We have many collabs and specials up our sleeves so you don’t want to miss a single one of them!
