Dear Trellis Coffee family,
It was barley a month ago that we promised new and exciting things to come…Well that’s true, but not in the way we hoped for.
Sadly, due to some sudden changes in life plans, we must close down operations at Trellis coffee for the foreseeable future. We are very sad to have to make this move so soon after launch, but God brings about changes when He deems them necessary, even when we think we have the plan. We trust that His sovereign will is greater than our own.
All in all this change will be for the better, for us and for our future preparations. Trellis will not be forgotten. We plan to keep the brand simmering for a time better suited to bring the roaster back to life. Trust us, you will be the first to know when that happens.
For now, the harsh reality sets in...no more Trellis coffee. Starting March 1st, all subscriptions will be terminated. February will be the last month that we roast and ship coffee. With that said, we do still have some inventory left that we will be roasting to fill orders between now and Feb 28th. If you want to place your final orders, now is the time.
We had planned on launching 5lb bags in February, so we’re going to go for it anyway. Starting now, you can order 5lb bags of all of our blends (hint: frozen whole beans will last a long time). There will be limited inventory, so if you try to order and find we are out of stock, send us an email at [email protected] and we will see what we have left.
