Ice Cream has always been fun to eat, but now it is just as much fun to make. With the use of Liquid Nitrogen, as a freezing agent, we are able to custom make your ice cream right in front of your eyes. As we chill your cream, a cold cloud forms and we mix it into the freshest ice cream available. Selections are available which are gluten-free, dairy-free, low-fat, vegan and we can work around most food sensitivities.

Who knew our Highlands Gin and Vanilla Ice Cream from The Arctic Scoop would be so awesome blended together! Thank you to Kentuckiana Stroke Association for a terrific fundraiser this week! And thanks to all those who found our Gin to be delightfully delicate and botanical - Not "Ginny" at all!
