I really enjoyed everything we ate. I highly recommend the sweet potato fries. Also the gnocchi is out of this world. I enjoyed the atmosphere except for other patrons, who the host sat us right up against, even in a mostly empty restaurant. They were loud and complained non stop.

Some lunches are fuel. This one is an experience.

Ditto's new lunch menu is designed for the person who knows that the middle of the day shouldn't be wasted on mediocre food. Citrus salad with mixed greens, mandarin oranges, and lemon herb vinaigrette. A rich French onion soup. Entrées with the same craft that defines our dinner service — because Chef Dominic doesn't have two modes.

One hour. Bardstown Road. Worth every minute.

Lunch daily from 11am. Full menu at dittosgrill.com/menu.

The New England Crab Cakes at Ditto's are not an afterthought. They're a destination.

Real crabmeat — sweet, delicate, minimally fussed with — formed into cakes and prepared the way a New England kitchen would: the crab is the star, not the filler. Served with your choice of one side dish or a garden salad.

If you want to build a pairing worth remembering, add a glass of Sonoma Cutrer Chardonnay — one of California's most respected, with creamy apple and pear notes and a long, elegant finish that echoes the sweetness of the crab.

Available on our full menu and as part of Ditto's for Two. See the full menu at dittosgrill.com/menu.

Father's Day is this Sunday, June 21st. Make it a meal he won't forget.

Ditto's Grill has been Louisville's destination for milestone dinners for over 35 years — and Father's Day is one of the nights we love most. We seat groups up to 30, so bring the whole family.

If Dad is a bourbon man, start him with a Manhattan Lemon Drop — Woodford Reserve, limoncello, sweet vermouth, sour mix. Smooth, bold, unmistakably Kentucky. Then let him dig into the Grilled Tenderloin of Beef with smashed potatoes, red wine sauce, and to***co onions. Or go big with the Sizzling Blackened 14oz NY Strip.

There's a reason people have been coming here for 35 years.

It's not just the food — though Chef Dominic's globally inspired menu has never stopped being excellent. It's the room. Brick walls that have held a lot of great conversations. Original commissioned artwork chosen piece by piece, nothing generic, nothing accidental. An atmosphere that manages to feel both special occasion and completely comfortable at once.

Frank Yang and Dominic Serratore built something on this corner of Bardstown Road that Louisville has claimed as its own.

Father's Day is coming up June 21st. Ditto's for Two makes it easy.

Our $45 dinner-for-two special — shared starter, two entrees, shared dessert — is built for a celebratory evening. Bring Dad, bring your partner, make a reservation and let us handle the rest.

Start together with Thai Wings: a full pound of tender, unbreaded wings in a bold peanut-ginger Thai sauce. Let Dad go for the Grilled Tenderloin of Beef with smashed potatoes and a red wine sauce. You take the Thai Salmon with teriyaki rice and steamed vegetables. Finish the evening with the Goldbrick Sundae — vanilla ice cream, chocolate shell, whipped cream, Heath bar crunch.

Father's Day is June 21st. Dad deserves more than a card and a backyard burger.

Bring him to Ditto's. If he's a steak man, the 14oz Sizzling Blackened NY Strip is the move — caramelized onions, to***co onions, ordered exactly the way he wants it. If he leans toward bold and hearty, Chef Dominic's Countryside Pot Roast delivers: braised boneless short ribs, garlic green beans, buttered carrots, and smashed potatoes over a warm popover with red wine sauce.

Start him off with a Ditto's Old Fashioned — Michter's small batch Kentucky bourbon, cherry bitters, simple syrup, orange peel. One of the best in Louisville.

We seat groups up to 30. Reserve now at dittosgrill.com.

Summer date night. $45. Done right.

Ditto's for Two is our ongoing dinner-for-two special: a shared appetizer, two full entrees, and a shared dessert — all for $45. It's the best deal in Louisville for a real fine dining evening.

Open with the Crabmeat Quesadillas — real crabmeat, provolone, toasted almonds, and dried apricots — a combination that sounds unexpected and tastes exactly right. Then split up on entrees: the Stuffed Pacific Bass on one end, the KY Proud Pork Chop with port wine sauce, portabellas, and caramelized onions on the other. Come back together for the Chocolate Brownie Torte — warm bourbon chocolate ganache, toasted marshmallow, raspberry sauce.

Bold, spicy, and deeply satisfying — the Blackened Shrimp & Andouille Pasta is one of those dishes you order once and remember for a long time.

Plump shrimp hit the pan with a heavy blackening spice blend — a technique rooted in Louisiana Creole cooking that creates a deeply seasoned, slightly charred crust. Paired with andouille sausage, a smoked pork sausage with bold Cajun spice, and tossed in a creamy, fiery Creole tomato sauce with grilled zucchini.

The heat builds slowly. The richness balances it. The result is exactly what summer evenings call for.

A glass of Meiomi Pinot Noir — jammy strawberry, mocha, soft vanilla — handles the spice beautifully.
