Come out and spend the afternoon with us!
I am so excited to be participating in Shamrock Pet Foundation’s fall fundraiser again this year. It’s one way I can show my support for this group of dedicated volunteers and the animals they rescue. I’ll be among the line up of this year’s vendors, with all sorts of my curiously charming creations, as well as some beautiful live tropical plants ready to bring a touch of greenery to your indoor space.
Since 1993, Shamrock has been an integral part of the Louisville area’s animal rescue and advocacy community, often called upon for the most serious cases of animal neglect or abuse.
Shamrock strives to always be able to come to the rescue through connecting animals in critical need with urgent veterinary care and follow up, placement in loving foster homes and ultimately, forever families, and stepping up when needed at another rescue. Shamrock’s mission is to “enhance the lives of companion animals through proactive programs such as spay/neuter, public education and adoption options.”
This all-volunteer non-profit organization relies solely on donations and money raised through its fundraising efforts to operate.
You can help support Shamrock by entering their $1 and $5 fall raffles and get the chance to win an exciting prize from the assortment of items and gift cards among their listings, including:
A family fun package that includes a suite at Slugger Field for you and 21 of your besties to enjoy a Bats’ home game during their 2027 season, along with a 55-inch TV, popcorn, puzzles and games; a one-night stay at Belterra Casino Resort in Florence, IN with $100 Kroger & Meijer gift cards and a beautiful assortment of fall decorations; a lottery ticket tree loaded with chances to win; an equine package with a riding lesson from double-certified instructor Susan Harris Perellis; the recently revived Belknap Hardware Camping Half Hatchet, a must have for the outdoors type; a carved wooden box full of amazing rocks with a $50 gift card from Goldheart Stones and Such - plus a whole bunch more!
A special thank you to all of the merchants, individuals, vendors and Shamrock volunteers for their generous donations that make this fundraising opportunity so spectacular!
