Were Back! The combination of severe winter weather and ongoing traffic construction near our location prompted us to take a brief operational pause to reevaluate our model and identify the best path forward.
During this time, we’ve decided to introduce a new weekly Chef’s Table Dinner Series, an intimate experience designed to reconnect with our guests, showcase new seasonal dishes, and create a more personal culinary environment where we can engage directly with the community and better understand what our guests are looking for.
Our first dinners will take place this Thursday and Friday, with only 12 guests per evening, hosted personally by me as both chef and host. If demand is strong, we will add Saturday seating as well. Each week’s menu will change to reflect seasonal inspiration and creative exploration in the kitchen.
