A couple of fan favorites and a brand new lager made it to the taplist this weekend!
Ikigai Japanese Rice Lager abv ~ 5.4%
Extremely light and easy drinking, this brew was made using Koji Rice and is guaranteed to quench your thirst! You couldn't ask for a better beer on a hot summer day!
Missing Linck Honey Saison abv ~ 6.7%
Copious amounts of wildflower honey carry a deliciously sweet flavor profile. Brewed using a special yeast strain, revived by our friends down at Urban Artifact, its story is as intriguing as the beer itself!
Missing Linck HOT Honey Saison abv ~ 6.7%
Inspired by a visit to Nashville, we put even more honey in this brew, followed by a mixture of Komodo Dragon, Scorpion, and Thai chile peppers! It carries a deceptive, sweetness at first, followed by a spicy heat that pairs amazingly with some of J's famous fish tacos!
POG Kettle Sour abv ~ 5.6%
A true fan favorite, this heavily fruited sour ale offers a tangy, tropical blast of Passion Fruit, Orange, and Guava! Pure summer in a glass!
