We want to take a moment to say thank you — and also acknowledge something important.
Over the last few days, we’ve been incredibly grateful for the support and the busy services. At the same time, we know most guests have experienced longer waits than expected, and for that we sincerely apologize.
As a small family-owned restaurant, every guest matters deeply to us. We never want anyone leaving feeling unseen, frustrated, or without getting the chance to enjoy a meal with us. Your time matters, and we know we haven’t always gotten the pacing and communication right during our busiest hours.
We hear your feedback and are making changes to improve service and create a smoother experience.
Thank you for your patience and support as we continue building our family’s dream. We became 100% gluten free because we saw how hard it can be for those with celiac disease or gluten sensitivities to find a place they can truly trust and enjoy without worry. Creating a safe kitchen where everyone can relax and feel included has always been deeply personal to us, and it’s at the heart of everything we do in our little shop in Downtown Lowell. We’re learning, growing, and working hard every day to serve you better — while staying true to what matters most to us: thoughtful food, a safe 100% gluten-free kitchen, and creating a place where everyone feels welcome.
