Hey FORKers

Our goal has always been simple: to create a safe home for our celiac community, our gluten-free friends, and everyone who walks through our doors.

This weekend we’re trying something new at FORK!N Friday + Saturday dinner will be reservation only.

We’re hopeful this will help our kitchen flow more smoothly and, most importantly, create a better experience for you.

Dinner Service 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Friday + Saturday dinner is reservation only
We’ll seat 2 tables every 30 minutes
Parties of 5 or more may need advance notice
Please arrive on time so we can keep service moving smoothly

Takeout

Takeout is still available during dinner service
We recommend ordering ahead when possible
Pickup times may be limited during peak dinner hours depending on kitchen flow

What is FORK!N Table?

FORK!N Table is our monthly reservation-only tasting experience.

A shared table, thoughtfully prepared gluten-free dishes, and a chance to slow down and enjoy a meal together.

With limited seating, FORK!N Table gives us the chance to serve something a little different and create a more personal experience around the table.

It’s one of our favorite nights each month — and we’re grateful to share it with you.

We want to take a moment to say thank you — and also acknowledge something important.

Over the last few days, we’ve been incredibly grateful for the support and the busy services. At the same time, we know most guests have experienced longer waits than expected, and for that we sincerely apologize.

As a small family-owned restaurant, every guest matters deeply to us. We never want anyone leaving feeling unseen, frustrated, or without getting the chance to enjoy a meal with us. Your time matters, and we know we haven’t always gotten the pacing and communication right during our busiest hours.

We hear your feedback and are making changes to improve service and create a smoother experience.

Thank you for your patience and support as we continue building our family’s dream. We became 100% gluten free because we saw how hard it can be for those with celiac disease or gluten sensitivities to find a place they can truly trust and enjoy without worry. Creating a safe kitchen where everyone can relax and feel included has always been deeply personal to us, and it’s at the heart of everything we do in our little shop in Downtown Lowell. We’re learning, growing, and working hard every day to serve you better — while staying true to what matters most to us: thoughtful food, a safe 100% gluten-free kitchen, and creating a place where everyone feels welcome.

We need your help — and first, we sincerely apologize to everyone and every family who has experienced an extended wait with us lately.

As a small family-owned restaurant, we care deeply about every guest who walks through our doors, and we’re truly disappointed when our service doesn’t reflect the experience we want for you.

We’ve been incredibly grateful for the overwhelming support and the exceptionally busy days lately, but we also know that long waits can be frustrating, and that’s not the experience we want anyone to have at FORK!N.

We’re learning, adjusting, and working hard behind the scenes to serve you better while keeping every dish made fresh and every meal safe in our dedicated gluten-free kitchen.

You can’t imagine how grateful we are for the way this community has shown up for our little shop. The support, encouragement, and excitement mean so much to us.

We’re a little behind on prep as we work hard to get everything ready to serve you the way we want to. Thank you for your patience and for continuing to support our small family business while we get everything in place.

This is not fair… for you.

We truly apologize to everyone who waited hours again for your meals. We never want to overpromise, especially knowing many of you travel far to dine with us.

As we continue to grow, we never want FORK!N to lose the feeling that made people fall in love with it in the first place.

Starting next weekend, Friday and Saturday dinner service will be reservation only.

This allows us to slow down, stay intentional, and give every table the experience they deserve — not just a meal, but a moment.

We don’t even know where to start… what a FORK!N week.

Since last Friday, we’ve had the chance to welcome everyone from Phil Hates Gluten — a TikTok star with over 200K followers — who gave an honest review of our food, to our city Vice Mayor Vesna Nuon and City Manager Tom Golden stopping by.

Congratulations to all the Middlesex Community College graduates this week, too.

And to every single person who drove miles — and waited hours for your food and crab rangoons — to support our purpose, trusted our kitchen, shared our story, and sat at our tables: thank you.

A little gluten-free restaurant in Downtown Lowell continues to grow because of this community.
