As part of Lowellโ€™s 200-year anniversary celebration, City of Lowell, MA - Government is promoting monthly events throughout several local businesses, and ๐€๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ง๐ข๐š๐ง ๐‚๐จ๐ซ๐ง๐ž๐ซ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ฎ๐ซ๐š๐ง๐ญ is thrilled to be one of the participating venues with our monthly ๐–๐ž๐๐ง๐ž๐ฌ๐๐š๐ฒ ๐๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ ๐‰๐š๐ณ๐ณ ๐’๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ.

Ouellette has played stages across New England and New York, including Lowell Memorial Auditorium, the Tsongas Center, Mechanics Hall in Worcester, the Hatch Shell in Boston and at Faneuil Hall. As a guitarist, he was a member of the Highland Players, while also performing with Lura Smith during her annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. events and frequent Athenian Corner showcases.
