Custom Strawberry Mango Cake!!! 🍓🥭

This was definitely one of those cakes that had my mouth watering the entire time I was making it 😂🤤. The combination of sweet mangoes, fresh strawberries, and fluffy cake was almost too tempting to resist!

This customer ordered a custom cream cake, and her only requirement was that it had to be GREEN! 💚

What made this order extra special is that she was actually one of the very first people to ever order a cake from me when I was just getting started. It truly meant so much to see her come back a year later for another one. 🥹

I still remember making her first cake and being so nervous because I wasn’t very confident in my skills at the time. Looking back, I’ve definitely learned a lot since then 😅. But I guess she liked it enough to trust me again!

This time, I was genuinely excited to create something even better for her. Moments like these remind me how far I’ve come and how grateful I am for the customers who have supported me from the very beginning. 💕✨

This customer ordered a custom Strawberry Shortcake cake and had just one request: she didn’t want it to look like anything I’ve made before. 🍓✨ So I put my creativity to the test and came up with this design completely in the moment and honestly, I’m obsessed with how it turned out! 🎂🎂🎂

OFF THE MENU ITEM!!! 🚨 This company orders from us every week but this time they asked if we had anything new… So we came up with Bánh tằm bì, a popular Vietnamese noodle dish from the Mekong Delta, featuring thick, chewy rice noodles (“bánh tằm”) served with shredded pork skin (“bì”), fresh herbs, pickled vegetables, and a rich, creamy coconut milk sauce, all topped with a tangy fish sauce dressing (nước chấm).
The name translates to “silkworm cake with shredded pork rind,” referencing the noodles’ shape and the pork skin topping, and it’s known for its mix of savory, sweet, and fresh flavors with varied texture! 🥗🥙🥗🥙🥗
