Costa Rica – Finca La Pastora (African Processed) showcases what makes Costa Rican coffee so remarkable. This natural process highlights fruit driven sweetness, balanced structure, and a clean, lingering finish.

African processing, also known as natural processing, allows the coffee cherry to dry with the fruit still intact. The result is a cup that is expressive, layered, and full of character.

Our time with in Costa Rica filled our cups in more ways than one. Walking the fields, tasting coffee at its source, and spending time with the people who care for every plant reminded us that great coffee is built on dedication, patience, and pride.

Origin trips are one of our greatest joys. They reconnect us to the land, the process, and the relationships that make each roast meaningful.

So grateful for the chance to experience it firsthand and bring that passion home to Day Break.
