Hi everyone, we're eight weeks in and we've finally gotten to the bottom of the mystery smell that's been plaguing our building. It turns out it's been a problem since the Gilbert's were here, and we had no idea. Our plumbing experts have been on the case, visiting us two to three times a week to find and fix the sources of the smell. They've torn up the parking lot, replaced pipes, fixed three cracked vent pipes, and installed peatraps on drain pipes that were plumbed wrong. Yesterday, they did a smoke test, which showed them the last of the problems, and they've now fixed those too. So, we're happy to say our building no longer smells like a sewer. If the smell was keeping you away, please come back and check out our newly improved facilities. 🎉💪👏💕😊👍
